How do I make wholesale purchases?
After selecting your desired garment, you may refer to the item’s description page for detailed size dimensions and available color choices. To proceed with your order, please send an email listing your chosen items to admin@chcashmere.biz. We will promptly respond with the item availability and address any inquiries you may have.
How do I customize my knitwear?
You would need to email us your product name, preference material, design and tech pack, and pay for the sample production for us to produce your first sample. Once you are satisfied with the sample, you may pay for the bulk order for us to process the mass production. For more information please read our Tailor-Made Guide
What is your minimum order quantity?
For our readily available wholesale items, we do not impose a minimum order quantity. In contrast, for customized products, the typical minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 20 units per color and size. The MOQ may vary based on the specific product in question. For precise verification, we encourage you to reach out to us at contact@chcashmere.biz.
How do I know which size to order?
Each garment’s specific size options are detailed on the respective description page. Comprehensive measurements for each size, along with guidance for comparing your own measurements, are available further down the page. Should you have any uncertainties or prefer a larger size, we invite you to consult with our customer service team at info@chcashmere.biz. We are eager and ready to assist you..
How do I know the color options?
There are the colour options for individual garments in their description page. You can find them on the left of the major picture. If you are unsure or want the colour that is not from the option we provided, please contact our customer service team at info@chcashmere.biz. We are more than happy to help you.
Where can I find the technical information regarding an individual product?
For each product presented you will find information relating to the composition and corresponding chart.If you have any further questions, please contact our customer support team at contact@chcashmere.biz.
Do I need an account to place orders?
Creating an account is not a prerequisite for placing an order. For order placement and inquiries, please feel free to contact us via email at admin@chcashmere.biz or through WhatsApp at +86 15615221980.
Do you offer private label service?
We offer comprehensive labeling services. Should you provide us with your labels, we are equipped to affix them to your garments. Alternatively, we can fabricate labels to your specifications upon receipt of the necessary measurements and logo design, and subsequently attach them to your products.
Fabrics and Yarns
Do you sell fabrics or yarns?
Yes we do, the MOQ for yarn is 1kg per color, MOQ for fabric is 1m per colour. Please email us at admin@chcashmere.biz for more information.
Where do you source your raw materials?

Delivery and Shipment
Where do CH Cashmere ship to?
We ship across the world via DHL, UPS and FedEx. All international deliveries need to be signed for and can be tracked from the point at which they are dispatched. In some extreme cases we may choose another delivery service for your order, but will confirm this to you by email.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email from us including your tracking number. In some cases, you will receive an email with your tracking details from the courier after the order has been dispatched.
When will I receive my order?
All orders delivered via DHL will usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days; Orders delivered via UPS or FedEx will usually arrive within 7 to 10 working days. This can however take a little longer or shorter at times depending on the destination. We cannot guarantee delivery times for any orders.
What should I do if I receive faulty, damaged or incorrect items?
